Confirmed from Leon M. Weekes Environmental Preserve's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Leon M. Weekes Environmental Preserve
I like it. There have a little butterfly garden. It is a great place for hiking also.but not recommend for who scared snake 🐍.
Renovated playground: good in theory l, poor in execution. Continuing the trend of playground CrossFit the new structure seems like a welcome renovation. However, the designer seemed to have been given a checklist of elements they must include and had to make it work while still justifying their architectural degrees…
Nice new playground, didn't walk the scrub trail tho so I don't know anything about that.
Trail conditions & character
“Plenty of parking for a neighborhood park along with a bike rack.”
