Confirmed from Atlantic Dunes Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
A boardwalk & a short trail though the dunes lead to this serene beach supervised by lifeguards.

Atlantic Dunes Park is a scenic public beach park located in Delray Beach, Florida. Known for its tranquil atmosphere and natural beauty, the park offers a more relaxed alternative to some of the busier nearby beaches.
I love this place. It's up the street from my house just over the bridge near Linton. Nice beach area with plenty of parking, bike lock areas and board walks. An added bonus is the wooded pathways that wind around the beach with several outlets beach side. One of my favorite escapes close to home.
I always go here especially when Cohen is the one renting out the chairs. I even bring my puppy though I don’t believe it’s allowed. They have an outstanding bathhouse complete with showers to allow you to rinse off the parking is across the street and it’s paper plate.
Saturday morning, I got up early and headed to Atlantic Dunes Park. I arrived early enough that the regular parking lot was still locked, which was a serious bummer. I get that someone needs to be here to open it but this was a disappointment.
