We spent several hours exploring the waterfront area in Poulsbo, including Liberty Bay Waterfront Park, the Port of Poulsbo, and the Muriel Iverson Williams Waterfront Park, and it was one of the highlights of our trip. Zeus our dog loved the vibes too here. The entire area has such a lively and welcoming atmosphere.
A beautiful park right by the harbour, a serene place to relax and watch the boats go by, fishermen cast their lines, or see the tide come in or out. Conveniently located right by downtown, the park boasts a massive anchor, a small veteran's memorial, the marina, many benches and a few trails run through it as well.
This waterfront park is a gem in this charming Scandinavian town! This park is the perfect blend of natural beauty and convenience. Just a short stroll from shopping stores and restaurants, it offers breathtaking views of the water that never get old.
Very pleasant to walk around. It was on a cloudy and light rain day we visited, and it was nice to see others enjoying the park. Kids enjoyed taking a few photos. Careful when wet, someone slipped and fell on the pavement.
