There is a hiking trail accessible on the Hudson terrace side of the park. There is a sign that clearly marks it. Follow the sign and cross the bridge over Hudson terrace and palisades interstate parkway. Make a right on the hiking trail and you’ll find two benches with magnificent views of the river and GWB.
