Confirmed from Flat Rock Brook Nature Center's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Forested hiking trails lead to streams, meadows & a pond, with wildlife sightings & a playground.

absolutely love this place!! The trails are so beautiful to traverse, you can tell this place is well loved and taken cared of. There are over five trails and they have such beautiful places to sit and just take in nature. This place is really beautiful.
a great place for the young and elderly! and very nice people you encounter on the trail ! i brought my grandma and we were able to do the red loop trail without breaking a sweat! there were beautiful things along the way including the stream which was full of water!
The nature center and surrounding area is beautiful. The small aviary is nice to see and the new boardwalk walkways and easy to walk on with strollers! Such a quaint special place to visit for the day! Your little one will love it too!
Wonderful outdoor adventure playground. Such a well maintained little forest adventure playground for young kids. The water is running and clean and safe for even the youngest kiddos to enjoy. There are plenty of benches and picnic tables nearby. There's a public restroom right over the bridge.
