Confirmed from Little Salt Wash Sports Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (319 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

well-maintained 6 mentions

“My family has used it for birthday parties and we enjoy the clean, unlocked bathrooms.”

🌳 shaded & cool 4 mentions

“Two play grounds that are shaded, a few baseball diamonds, open space for field sports, multiple paved trails, and disc golf.”

Absolutely love this park for family outings! We have spend endless afternoons playing catch, walking the dogs, and walking the track for exercise. The landscaping is breathtaking during fall color change and equally beautiful in the spring. The facilities are well maintained and clean and orderly.

Great park to walk your dog. (But please grab one of the provided bags and clean up after your furry friends). Playgrounds, ballparks, disc golf, clean restrooms. Friendly people. Great place all around.

Nice park north of town. Two play grounds that are shaded, a few baseball diamonds, open space for field sports, multiple paved trails, and disc golf. My family has used it for birthday parties and we enjoy the clean, unlocked bathrooms.

This is our #1 location to play Disk Golf. The holes are not easy and you have to really hike around and that's really good! Plenty of shade and it's definitely a tough place with the trees, but that's the point!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
