An amazing Park to walk through! It was a surprise of all little places that you can enjoy that's full of nature! I really enjoyed my time here exploring. There were so many beautiful plants that are native to our area. I found some gorgeous lady slippers. It was very enjoyable.
Well maintained trails and clear map. Tree markers are a bit sparse, but a full map post with "You Are Here" is placed at every intersection. Great hilly terrain with optional jaunt up the highest hill, plenty of pond viewing.
Unique nature walk, lots of views, elevation changes, surprising variety of deciduous trees and some of the most spectacular holly trees! If you are not fond of dogs avoid going on weekends or when the parking lot is full.
Nice hilly hike through the woods to two very scenic ponds. Lots of holly on the carrage trail.
