We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Lower Two Mile Beach yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Lower Two Mile Beach
“This is a beautiful location.”
Before you go, be ready for an intense hike. This is a beautiful location. Because of the short, but very strenuous hiking trail, there isn't too much traffic. Once down at the river, this makes for a beautiful swimming hole with a little beach for a picnic area.
Path down was pretty steep but I thought coming back up was easier. Nice sandy beach and a great spot for my kids to swim.
Trail conditions & character
“A small secluded river beach accessed by a steep travel from the parking spot by the road.”
