Confirmed from Lunch Loop Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Plenty of trails to explore and mostly well marked!”

The trails here are varied and well marked. Great maps on sight too. Lots of parking. I usually come during the week because weekends tend to be crowded. Consider donating to COPMOBA who are the stewards builders and creators of these loops. Dogs are welcome too.

My brother & I recently took a journey to ride bikes here. There are several routes to take. We took a route that was challenging but fun for us. I'm from the midwest, so the riding here is different. Our riding is a good bit more flow-y and less technical. Riding hear was more tech & a bit less flow. ...

Always a good time riding the trails at Lunch Loops on my mountain bike. Challenging and fun. The ride to the top of Eagles Wing is worth it when you get to the top and can take in the views. Beautiful.

Clean and decently well marked. Great location for some pedaling loops that are easy to stack or ride in 30 mins to an hour. There are great views at the top and along eagle trails. Restrooms are located at the trail head and are usually fine unless someone forgets to put the lid down.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
