Confirmed from Little Park Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Little Park Trailhead

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (32 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 5 mentions

“A maze of trails with a range of difficulties and great views.”

Andy's Loop down to the Ribbon junction is views, caves and a generally easy walk except for the grad (gets and stays a bit steep in places) Surprisingly little exposure for the wonderful views. That said plenty of places to get a wonderful overlook if your okay with the heights Other side of the road is Gunny Loop.

Did this trail in February still had some snow in areas and a little muddy. But the trail connected to rattlesnake trail which had great sun exposure meaning nice clear trail. It took you around a small canyon. Had beautiful views. Overall easy fairly flat hike.

My dog and I hike here twice a week and find the mostly graveled trails nice with very few people around. Great mountain bike trails as well. So nice to get the pup off the leash.

A maze of trails with a range of difficulties and great views. Hikers might want to avoid busy weekends with more bikes hitting the trails. Geocachers will enjoy the variety.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 12 mentions

“The hills aren't too bad and the views are well worth the hike.”
