Confirmed from Maria Barnaby Greenwald Memorial's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

🌾 quiet & peaceful 4 mentions

“I go to walk here on my lunch break and it's such a peaceful and relaxing park.”

Nicely maintained dirt trail and wooden bridges park. Excellent for walks and biking. Quiet even though people often are on the trails. Plenty of wildlife if you stay alert -- deer, fox, blue heron and numerous other birds.

★★★★★ — Edward , Oct 2023

Warm spring day, trees and shrubs starting to bloom, many robins hunting for a meal and gathering nesting material. Many spring beauties blooming along trails.

★★★★★ — Michael , Apr 2022

This is a nice place to go and have a walk and visit with a friend or two. It is close by, easy to get to, has off street parking and beautiful scenery while walking. A great place to go to escape everyday things and get a bit of nature and beauty in.

★★★★★ — Sara , Nov 2021

Good parking. Nice trails. Cool bridge over the Cooper River(I believe). Connects to Hopkins Pond. We used to catch stocked trout there. Once caught a 22" Rainbow. Beautiful fish. I thought it tasted like mud.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
