Confirmed from Marinette City Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Popular destination for picnics, Frisbee golf and sledding also featuring a campground for tents and RVs.
What runners say about Marinette City Park
“Love the atmosphere of this park and the cheap camping, very clean, and everyone seemed to keep to them selves.”
“It is such a beautiful oasis right in the middle of town!”
Bald Eagle in Marinette City Park eating a squirrel. Gorgeous bird and very cool to see this close. You can see him intensely eyeing me up to see if I’m a threat. I’ve attended company picnics here and taken my dog for walks here. It’s a great spot. There’s a lot of space for being in town.
It's definitely a nostalgic reason why I give it 4 stars. The park has always needed Improvement in terms of walking trails and Landscaping. I know they want to keep it looking natural but there are better ways to do this. As of now it is still a good Park to visit and probably one of the driest in Marinette.
Plenty of equipment for children to play on, & staff keeps the grounds pretty clean. There is bathrooms for both sexes. Lots of space for children to run. Allows pets on leads. Camping accessable across road. Police patrolled. The only truly downside is people speed through down the road.
