We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Mary Carter Greenway Trailhead Mile 16 yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“A beautiful place to explore, ride your bike, hike around or just sit and enjoy the outdoors.”
“Great parking spots to multiple running/hiking/walking paths that leads to Chatfield Reservoir.”
A great trail stretching around the lake, providing plenty of shade trees and birds fishing and swimming in the lake. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday morning, allowing plenty of parking. I will definitely recommend this trail.
Excellent cement trail runs 16 miles, along river. South section is natural peaceful, open. North section industrial, passes downtown. Connects to other trails. Passes Bronco’s Mile High Stadium in north section.
Awesome trail. Beautiful views, paved and flat so it's great for biking or running. Plenty of spots to fish.
A beautiful place to explore, ride your bike, hike around or just sit and enjoy the outdoors. Nice for solo trip and even better with a companion. Spend a couple of hours there or make a day of it, either way your sure to enjoy yourself. I myself take public transit but there is plenty of parking nearby.
