Confirmed from Mary’s Oak Trailhead, Clarksville Greenway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Love walking the whole trail. You get to see things like this. Make sure you walk the entire 12 mile walk. About 6 miles both ways. Lets get it. Walk responsibly

This is a great place to get a solid run, stretching it a little can get up to 10-12 miles. The trees and the shade provide protection during warmer days and beautiful scenery. Always see lots of critters and animals. Kids love to come here and run, ride bikes, scooters, etc.

Gorgeous area. Nicely paved for walking, running, bike ride, strollers, etc. There is a bathroom midway (after about 2 miles from where I started) the trees are really lovely to look at. Lots of wildlife. Saw deer, a cardinal, lots of squirrels and chipmunks.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🅿️ Trailhead parking 13 mentions

“From the parking lot headed towards the right is a mix of overhead trees, pretty views with decent drop offs, and a bridge.”
