Confirmed from Clarksville Greenway's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
This 4.6-mi. asphalt path along a former railway allows walking, biking & skating.
What runners say about Clarksville Greenway
“What a wonderful trail system, well maintained and I thoroughly enjoyed the dense forest surrounding.”
“We did trail B which was beautiful but really steep/hilly at points which made pushing the double stroller pretty tough.”
One of the best trails I have seen any where. Great for walking or riding. Good scenery and birds. Just added to day 03/13/2025 some pictures take at the bridge.
Fantastic, well maintained, wide, paved trails! The trails don't loop though. Zone C is 2 miles long, up til a workout area at the other end, making it a 4 mile walk to the end and back to the car park. The benches along the way are great if you need breaks walking so far. There's a pretty bridge around the middle.
Great place to ride bikes. Felt safe the whole time- the path is well used even during a weekday.
What a beautiful place to walk. I come here at least once a week to walk my dogs. Today we saw deer 🤩 It is peaceful, clean, and has doggie stations. This is a walking trail I do see bikes and people on skates but no motorbikes or motor scooters.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
