Yes! Bike trail paved the entire way. Rode to mile six marker. Alcoa city worker in golf cart blowing leaves off of bikeway. Good man! Did not see any restrooms the entire path. Path marked with small 4” red arrows. Make those arrows larger! Overall enjoyable bike ride.

Easy walk, clean and nice walking path, if it has rained alot there are areas that flood woth feet of wayer abd make it impossible to continue
