Confirmed from Merrill Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Merrill Park
“The variety of amenities is impressive, featuring multiple play areas, well-maintained walking tracks, and dedicated spaces for baseball and basketball.”
Went here just for a walk and found a animal sanctuary here. I got real cool with the ducks. One tried to take my phone as food while getting a shot of them. I hold no grudge. I didn’t get to see Maggie the cow, cause she was being a lazy heifer (see what I did there). 😉
A fantastic place for family and friends to hang out together. With lots of parking, a big playground, and courts for basketball, tennis, and soccer, there's something for everyone. You can also take a walk or have a picnic with barbecue pits. The restrooms are clean, and the surroundings are refreshing.
Great expansive park with plenty of things to do. There is a small group of farm animals, walking paths, several kids playgrounds, sports fields, and bathroom facilities. Excellent place to bring the family.
Merrill Park is truly a gem that welcomes everyone, regardless of age. Whether you are bringing a toddler, visiting as a youth, or enjoying a stroll as a senior, there is something here for you.
