Confirmed from Midland Mountain Bike Trails' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Midland Mountain Bike Trails

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (34 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🪧 well-marked 4 mentions

“Gate is NOT well marked, but it IS available and accessible to the public.”

Gate is NOT well marked, but it IS available and accessible to the public. There is a gate that has a "No Trespassing" sign on it but it's free and open. Traffic on the trails is encouraged as it's still a work in progress. Blue trail is well marked, roughly 3.7 miles. Green as marked is 0.75 or so, flat.

It's a really fun flowing trail with most of the trails having a sand base. It's great for some fun with all the banks. Talking to one of the guys that works on the trails said that is going to get a bunch of work in the next few weeks to get some stuff repaired and a bunch of new banks and jumps put in!!

I love the blue trail. Plenty of small hills and curves to keep riding interesting. It does not feel like Midland - plenty of trees, sunflowers, and a large pond. It's a fun, intermediate trail.

I was not expecting a trail like this existed here in Midland and being new to bikes 🚲 I found this very cool and organized! I did got the annual membership is totally worth it! Especially here that there is no culture for the street sports like running bikes etc ! Thanks to all the sponsors and members!

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
