Confirmed from Millbrook Parks & Recreation's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park offering a playground with swings and slides, plus a picnic area and restrooms.
What runners say about Millbrook Parks & Recreation
“very clean and has a nice little creek in front for lil ones to play in.”
“Beautiful park, nice shade trees around the fields in some areas too, so that’s always nice!”
Plenty of space for my 150 lb puppy to run around. Did not enjoy the Millbrook police parking behind my truck to run my plates before they left. As a wounded warrior , 🪖 two-time combat veteran I felt this was an invasion of my privacy and freedoms
Beautiful park, nice shade trees around the fields in some areas too, so that’s always nice! Cute little creek in front of the entrance also! Loved it there!
Nice field and quick food and snacks. Well, if they do not run out of items. Usually every time I go, they are out of something.
Trail conditions & character
“By the evening of our tournament however, there were no more paper towels in the restroom and they were never restocked.”

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- LightingRunners report lights on the path — useful for pre-dawn and after-work miles. Lighting and opening hours are separate things, so check both.
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
