Confirmed from Millennium Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Paved trail featuring benches, educational plaques, cross-country ski areas and a dog park.

Awesome little park just outside the city of Superior. There is a large parking lot just off of the trail head, next to a ski hut and a dog park There are paved trails for running and biking with benches along the way as well as educational plaques regarding the flora, fauna and history of the area.
Love this trail always go for walks with my kids. Its clean and quiet. Plus the views are amazing.
Trail was snow packed and slushy in places, but it was nice to get some fresh air.
Great place to take a walk, my dog loves it too. If you do not want a serious workout, it is pretty level but curvey enough you can't always see other people. Easy walking or bike riding blacktop. Lots of trees, there is a great dog park as well, lots of trees for shade.

The practical stuff
- AccessOpen 24 hours — no gate to beat, so a 5am or a 10pm run both work
- SurfaceMixed — more than one surface along the route, so check the segment you plan to run
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
