Confirmed from Billings Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Picnic-friendly park known for its hiking trails, playgrounds, boat ramp and scenic waterfront.

Can’t go wrong when going to Billings Park. I went on Monday to see the full moon and it was a blessing. One of my favorite parks. Been going daily to take my dog for walks. People you see around there are generally nice. Great neighborhood.
Otto and I were in town for coffee and wanted to take a walk in a city park. Great park for a walk.
If you want a 8/10s of a mile walk that's mostly flat, filled with friendly chipmunks and people, and has beautiful views, this place is for you. Minutes from downtown, it has tables and a pavilion to picnic at, a nice playground for the kids--all in great shape. Did I mention free?
Perhaps the most scenic city park I've ever visited, bar none. Summer or winter, it's very pretty. Great walking paths. Quiet neighborhood. Good playground. Swell picnicking areas. Love the little swinging bench overlooking the river, too.
