Confirmed from Moulton Falls Regional Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

CAUTION!! The exit to the parking lot has one way spikes that will shred your tires!! I can’t for the life of me understand why this would be necessary. There is signage we noticed before pulling in and avoided disaster, thankfully because we had no cell service at the lot.

We went to this place and it was absolutely stunning!! There are multiple trails you can take or just sit along the river and watch it flow!! When we went there it was sunny and very packed, there was no parking and we had to drive up the road a bit to find some, then we had to walk down the winding road which was…

My entire family loved this place, clean water for the dog's atm, and really beautiful places, not a great place for swimming for little kids but if you can climb just a lil bit you can swim on the coolest spots in the falls. I love the paths and the stairs.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
