Confirmed from Mountain View Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Brass plaques in this landscaped park tell visitors what they can see in the wide-spread views.

Great small park with grassy areas, tables and chairs, and lots of free for shade. Views are very nice too for sunrise or sunset views. Very peaceful even being next to the road. A very Nice spot to relax and enjoy whatever activities.
Usually quiet, and it's a great spot to just drop and park Have a snack. It's also right close to two other parks so walking the dog feels like your on your own little adventure.
This is a great little outdoor space atop a hill in Brea. You can get an awesome view of the San Bernardino mtns on a clear sunny day after a downpour!
