One of my favorite walking adventures. Trails all throughout and marked. Beautiful area year round. Play grounds are well kept with bathrooms near by. Absolutely love the holiday light festival. Autumn foliage does not disappoint.
We came for leaf peeping, and it was amazing. 2.8 mile walk around the lake in the White Oak trail. We’ll be back, maybe often, and sometimes with mountain bikes.
One of the best parks to come visit in the Hampton Roads area. Well kept up, Park Rangers are visible. Many trials, large playgrounds for the kids can play. Many shelter’s for family gatherings for rent. Paddle boats and John boats are available for fishing. Really enjoyed my time here at this beautiful park.
I've run all over Williamsburg and the Hampton Roads area but for some reason never ventured to this park. This park has nice shaded trails that kept me cool even though it was 90°. There are plenty of parking options and restrooms. I was able to use the trails to run 11.
