Confirmed from Nike Hill's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hiking destination with a trail past a water tower to a lookout from the Cold War era.
What runners say about Nike Hill
Killer hike!!! ⚠️ Warning ⚠️ don't believe the hype this hill is a killer!!! Me and my son enjoyed it recently but he swears he died somewhere along the way!!!!
I'll give you my tips for 4 different hiking routes starting from the same trailhead. You can thank me later. Nike Hill is one of the best places in the area for hiking mainly because you can hike 24/7 here and you get to see some amazing views, it's also a great place to see sunset!
This is a Great place to come out and enjoy nature (I posted a pic of an amazing yellow and black bird, but my phone could only get so close) and get a really good workout. My hiking group aka Sunday Breakfast Crew always enjoys Nike Hill and you will too!
This is a nice small hill to hike to and provides some amazing views into the LA area and is well maintained summit with a bit of local history.
