We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Noccalula Falls Suspension Bridge yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Noccalula Falls Suspension Bridge
The turnoff to the suspension bridge is relatively inconspicuous on the way to the waterfall. The path goes a little over stones that lie in the way, but it is pleasant to walk a little in nature.
It was during my winter visit in 2018 February to April that I discovered this bridge. It's well worth the hike down in the canyon there. I would spend quite some time in the canyon taking photos of the rapids and smaller waterfalls as I'd hike along the creek bank when I could.
Ended up off the trail. There could be more markings in the fall since the leaves cover the paths.
