Confirmed from North Carolina Veterans Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park devoted to military veterans featuring an interactive story garden & commemorative sculptures.

“Amazing place to remember all that veterans do for our country beautiful park in the great scenery”
“In the quiet moment of a dark evening, we pause and reflect to live in the greatest nation of all, however; all do not make it back home.”
Take a break from your busy day or long travels and visit here. A lot of insight and background. Great for short walk to view dedication and courage. Don't skip both sides of parking lot. Parking is in the middle There's a small area across the street but didn't visit that area this time.
Very impressive Park for All of North Carolina Military Veterans. There is a Sculpture display, and Waterfalls and a walk way near a small pond. Inside the visitor center there is a information poster display for various theaters of Army Combat
Beautiful space. Great place to meditate, go for a walk, read a book, do homework, etc… There is actually a small outside area for possible awards presentation, or reenlistment/retirement ceremony.
This is a wonderful place to visit. Take a moment to walk through and honor our men and women of the armed forces.
