Confirmed from North Central Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City park with a playground, picnic tables, and a skate park, plus facilities for sports.

I’m in l LOVE with this place!!! One of the main reasons why I’m living here!!!! Great dog park. Huge ,huge, walking/ trailing/ biking/ skating grounds! You can do a lot here and it extends huge and connects with other trails here in Laredo!!!! Thank you Laredo Ford making this so close to my home!!!!!
There is a walking/bike trail. A dog zone, a nice sized pond where we got married. Restrooms and 3 playgrounds around there. The kite festival is there every year and also host a obstacle course race . Some festivities changed do to covid
What a wonderful surprise.. A baby dear came out of the bushes very close to my wife and I. So close .. So special. We saw 4 in total and had a wonderful time walking through the park.
huge beautiful park, full of people at night but not crowded. Great for running, walking, exercise or relaxing. Has some neat skate spots.

The practical stuff
- AccessPosted hours — posted hours below; park gates sometimes close earlier than the listing says
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadrestrooms, water — reported by runners
- DogsWelcome, per reviewers. Leash rules vary by park — the trailhead sign is the authority.
