Confirmed from Oak Ridge Trail - Calabasas Peak Mountain Access' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Oak Ridge Trail - Calabasas Peak Mountain Access
This is a really fun access path to the Calabasas Peak Mountainway trail/road. It isn't very well known so it has always been peaceful and quite when I drive by. It isn't part of a loop so of you do go up it, you'll have to come back the way you came to get back to your car!
Great hike! Stunning views from the boulders at the top. Particularly awesome when it’s green in the hills. Beware of mud after rains in portions of the shaded trail.
Nice hike up to Calabasas peak following cold creek trail. Hike starts low in canyons, and covered with oaks, before opening up and climbing. Very nice.

The practical stuff

- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
