Confirmed from Obed River Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Wooded riverside park featuring an arboretum & a paved trail for walking, jogging & biking.
What runners say about Obed River Park
“We accidentally found this beautiful trail & had a wonderful afternoon adventure!”
“Enjoyed the walk and the river is beautiful and peaceful.”
The paved trail along the river was great to get my husband (stroke survivor) out into the outdoors in his electric wheelchair. This is the first time we have done a "hike" together in almost 4 years. I am very grateful for this accessible park trail.
A very peaceful and scenic park. The river running next to the trail is gorgeous!
I wish this park was in my neighborhood, I would walk there everyday! I’m envious of the citizens of Crossville who enjoy it all the time! I love to stop by when the flowers are blooming! This park has some lovely trails, fields, picnic areas…it’s terrific!
First time visiting this park. Liked it a lot. The trail is mostly paved and has a few gentle ups and downs. Parking is ample and free. Nice safe place to take a walk. Beautiful vistas along the river. Fields of old home site daffodils blooming at the top of the trail.
