Confirmed from Trailhead for Maryetta Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Trailhead for Maryetta Trail
“Trail follows the beautiful upper Obed River along much of the trail.”
This is a scenic 1.5 mile trail loop. There is a small parking lot at the trailhead. The trail is easy with some gradual climbs and some flat rocks along the path. There are several places you can view the river as you walk through a forested area.
Nice loop. Lower side of loop is more scenic near stream. Mostly moderate with a few brief steeper spots. Beautiful mountain laurel and birds I saw a rabbit and deer also
Easy walking trail. Trail follows the beautiful upper Obed River along much of the trail.
For what it is, a nice little trail. Not too long at 1.7 mi total round trip in the loop, but certainly enjoyable to walk along the Obed River for half of it, and just being in the woods.
