We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Olivia Terrace Walking Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
What runners say about Olivia Terrace Walking Trail
“Quite a bit of graffiti in the first 20 minutes, but pretty clean after that.”
“this is a really cool walking more like hiking trail, great views, you can see airplanes take off from the distance.”
Great low level moderate fire road trail. Steep, but it's a road, so not too difficult. It's the kind of trail where you want to just keep going and you can. It's an out-and-back trail. They indicate it's 5 miles. I made it 2.45 miles to where G Maps says there is another trail called Wildwood Fire Road trail.
I lived in this neighborhood from birth (1976) but moved away at 18 in 1995 and so this trail was my playground. We'd explore all over as little kids and then as teenagers it was the cool spot to meet up at night to hang out. My dad still has his house up top with the million dollar view.
Beautiful views of Burbank airport. Pretty steep trail. Didn't make it to the 🌴 tree, but i plan to next time!
1.1 mile hike to get to highest elevation. Trail keeps going but just small up and down hills after that.
