Whatever the weather is like, this is an excellent place to Mt. Bike, hike or run. Just shut the gates at each end, so the cows do not get loose.
Wide open space filled with golden grasses, the occasional trail, and a reservoir. Really pretty against the backdrop of Colorado's front range!
Nice if you want to go for a walk on a nice trail. Can go for miles, goes by pounds, farmland, and a resivor. If i don't want to drive to a trail. This is the next best place!
This is an easy hike for those resting days. If you do it in the morning and have the opportunity to see the sunrise you be amazed by its beauty.
