This is a cool little Park here. A good place for a nice walk, and to enjoy the scenery. It's also a good place to let your kids play, and get out some of that energy. Parking is somewhat limited but all in all a great place to visit!
Great little park. There’s a splash area for kids that is available from late Spring (around Memorial Day weekend) to late summer. You need to push a button on the outside of the restroom wall to activate the water.
So I really liked this park. The water features, sandbox and creek type running into the sand was amazing. Also a really cool rock wall that's really a rock block to climb. Its only four stars because that's all it has for kids. There is no playground. So as a summer time park I highly recommend.
This park is so lovely that I hesitate to leave a good review because I don't want it to get too busy. If you have young kids, the focal point is the sand area (my 6 and 3-year-old call it The Sand Park). The sand is very soft and fine, in a pit area next to a covered picnic area.
