Confirmed from Osteen Trail Head's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Shaded parking lot and overpass for riders and pedestrians on the Coast to Coast Trail.
What runners say about Osteen Trail Head
“Glad to have restrooms that are clean and on the bike path but could you consider having a water fountain?”
“Nice shaded parking spots right on the East Central Regional Rail Trail which is part of the Florida coast to coast project.”
A great place to park to ride the East Central Regional Rail Trail. There was a nice clean bathroom. Ample parking for everybody. And that included some shaded parking for the hot summer rides on the trail. You actually park right under the trail overpass. Sadly I forgot to take a photo of the parking area.
This trailhead is located at a convenient location just south of the SR 415/Doyle Road intersection. Directly adjacent to the Osteen Civic Center, there are clean restrooms and parking here. Riding east to the Gobbler's Lodge trailhead is a little over 6 miles, and west to Green Springs Park is just under that.
Glad to have restrooms that are clean and on the bike path but could you consider having a water fountain? We biked from Maytown and wanted to refill our bottles but since there's no fountain we had to use the bathroom sink.😧
Great flat trail with limited traffic crossings. Great for biking, rollerblading, or running. Not lit at night, so time it right.
