Confirmed from Campbell Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Campbell Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (603 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 6 mentions

“This is a lovely park with a great view of the lake.”

🌳 shaded & cool 6 mentions

“No shade for the playground or swings so summer sun can be brutal but winter, late fall and early spring totally perfect.”

Very nice park with view of the water. Great for walking. There are swings, a volleyball court and a basketball court. There is a dock and people were fishing.

Shade shade and shade. My 4-legged children loved it. At 0930, during the week, it wasn't full. Parking is cool, and cooking grills look manageable. I am going back. Kept an eye on the banks for gators, but the paths really weren't close enough for them to grab you off the path. Rubber walkway.

The views in different times during mornings to afternoon are great for pictures or enjoy a relax moment alone or with company. You can walk in sand, will be good for your knees. They have a open area to practice sports. You can walk in a wood trail in front of the lake, the views are fantastic. Enjoy !

An amazing hidden park. There's 2 playgrounds, a lake, boardwalk, 2 story observation deck, Grills picnic tables, pavilions, volleyball, and bathrooms. Great for a family gathering.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
