Confirmed from Overlook Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City park with an annual Christmas tree festival, splash pad, and public restroom.

This park is in an excellent location! I can definitely see why it is called Overlook Park, as it overlooks the Ridgefield National Wildlife Refuge area, which is absolutely beautiful!! The sunsets here are just stunning and, in my opinion, one of the best spots locally.
Nice place to check out. The water feature is nice, pretty good water pressure and the kids love running through it. The water feature is surrounded by Astro turf so it doesn't get muddy. Around that is real grads, good spots to set up picnics. Kids played here for quite awhile despite there being no playground.
We were there today as a vendor (Sunspot Emporium) for the Ridgefield 4th of July festival and 5k run. It was a blast! The park is super nice, bathrooms are extra clean and really nice. All of the city officials, police officers, and coordinators for the event were really nice and helpful!
Beautiful little downtown Park. View of the river, nice memorial. Great place for a picnic or a romantic walk.
