We have not been able to confirm the surface, distance or shape of Pacific Crest Trail yet from its own listing, the park's website or runner reviews — so those cells stay blank rather than guess. What is below comes straight from the listing and from reviewers' own words. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hiking area that's good for kids and features nature.

A little slice of heaven in your backyard. This National Scenic Trail runs 2650 miles from Mexico to Canada. Get off your sofa a d get outside your mind and body will thank you.
Fun, a bit challenging (especially cuz my friends and I veered off the trail a bit 😬), will definitely be back. I recommend having good hiking boots, a good hat, and hiking sticks.
My favorite hiking trail! Lived on it for 151 days from Mexico to Canada.
It's very very long...be prepared with enough water....trail is narrow like 2 ft wide and bushes around need to be trimmed...wear pants or jeans for better hike....the view is amazing so worth it...I did it just till the view point cause I start late.
