Confirmed from Pacific Electric Bike Trail, Upland's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Long, paved trail that's popular for running and cycling with scenic views along the way.
What runners say about Pacific Electric Bike Trail, Upland
“Well maintained Lit at night.”
“Ive been enjoying this scenic trail from Rialto to Montclair for 8 years even though I live in the city I enjoy taking the Metrololink right to the trail .”
This is a great trail to walk or bicycle from Pomona to Rialto. The only minor flaw is that there are many roads crossing this trail, so I need to stop many times to wait for the lights. I and my two kids who are 9 and 15 years old started from Rancho Cucamonga to Rialto.
1. Alright trail for running/biking. 2. Montclair (West) side is less sightly than the parts of the trail in Rancho Cucamonga & Upland. 3. There's only pavement trail until you reach Historic Route 66 / Foothill Blvd past the Tacos Los Carnales Mexican restaurant where there's an adjacent dirt trail. 4.
Love this bike trail. It starts on the border of Rialto and Fontana, and goes all the way to Claremont. Along the way, they put up this nifty workout area on Milliken and Baseline.
Excellent trail to workout, very safe. I would say to avoid using this trail super late because there is some activity at night and you don't feel very safe when you past by this guys. So far, I have not been in any danger but I will not be sure about that if I use this trail at night again.
