Confirmed from Palos Verdes Lake Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
City park featuring a playground, pond, walking trails, disc golf, and picnic areas.
What runners say about Palos Verdes Lake Park
“It's a beautiful lake in a very nice area and the lake was clean, I took my kids fishing there but we didn't catch anything, not even a nibble.”

“It is a nice, beautiful and peaceful place to have a walk or just to sit and relax to feel the breeze and admire the beauty of nature.”
I did a morning jog with my nephew. There are a few trails to take to get to the lake. We did some exercises at the health Center. We also got to see the ducks 🦆 swimming and the fisherman fishing 🎣. In the afternoon I returned with my niece we played disc golf, or frisbee golf. There is a nine hole course nearby.
Very cool and relaxing place to go for a nice walk, run, picnic or even a couples walk. You can also stop and enjoy the exercise equipment. This place is very nice and clean. Whenever I need some fresh air and to clear my head, I come here. Oh btw they have lots of turtles, ducks and fish that you can feed.
It is a nice, beautiful and peaceful place to have a walk or just to sit and relax to feel the breeze and admire the beauty of nature. It also has like a small gym . Loved it!
Nice little trail around man-made pond. Has a couple of small parking lots. Disc golf available. Not too busy at 1130AM on a Saturday, which was a pleasant surprise!
