Confirmed from Panorama Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Hilltop park offering scenic views, picnic areas and trails for walking and biking.

Beautiful view overlooking the bluffs on Panorama drive. On the cloudy mourning that these photos were taken, the vista beyond the unincorporated part of Bakersfield, including the oil fields, country hills, the Kern river, and horse ranches below the bluffs were crystal clear and quite spectacular to see.
Panorama Park or locally known as "The Bluffs" is one of the most scenic places in all of Bakersfield where you can take walks with an almost daily constant breeze as you enjoy the sights.
Panorama Park offers some of the best views around, especially on clear days when you can see the snowy mountains in the distance. It’s a great spot for a relaxing walk, and there are also some excellent hills to hike if you're looking for a bit more of an adventure.
Great park to go for a walk or any kind of physical activite . Well maintained and clean in most places . Lots of trails to choose from and different difficulties . Theres a way to get all the way down to the river and you might even see a beaver if lucky. Morning without a doubt best times to go .
