Confirmed from Parque De Los Vaqueros' own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

“Parking lot could use some work and more covered sitting spaces but all in all a good, quiet park in a great neighborhood.”

Two play areas, one for toddlers and one for bigger kids. Two of each type of swings. Plenty of parking. There are bathrooms there but I personally did not check them out. Only thing to keep in mind is if you park on the neighborhood side, use the bridge.

Great park. The kids love the big sand area and it has lots of trees for shade. It is bearable even on the hottest days.

Not the newest equipment but still super fun and it has a lot of big trees to help with the shade

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 6 mentions

“I just remember how it used to be -- a western-fort-style play enclosure alongside a water feature that had a creek that flowed down past the restrooms.”
