Confirmed from Pellicer Creek Conservation Area's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Pellicer Creek Conservation Area

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (423 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 5 mentions

“A beautiful place to go for a nice walk and get out of your head and Back To Nature for a little while, everyone should be taking advantage of these places before they disappear.”

Pellicer Creek Corridor is a treasure and we'll worth the long hike. Walking the trail you experience sugar sand and dunes, high bluffs overlooking the "Creek", swampy lowlands, lakes, old planted pine fields (being slowly recaptured to native vegetation, stands of oak (new and old), palmetto scrub, and mixed forest.

I attended the "Walk Back in Time" event held on November 17th at the Florida Agricultural Museum. a tractor took us from the parking lot to a piece of the property close to the Pellicer Creek Corridor. Near the drop-off point they were putting together a miniature train and tracks.

Great paths for horses, beautiful along Pellicer Creek. Rode bikes, walked through sand.

★★★★☆ — Linda , Feb 2021

A beautiful place to go for a nice walk and get out of your head and Back To Nature for a little while, everyone should be taking advantage of these places before they disappear. It is in everybody's interest to keep beautiful sanctuaries around and also is great for your mind and soul.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
