Confirmed from Pellicer Creek Conservation Area - Power Line Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Pellicer Creek Conservation Area - Power Line Trailhead

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (15 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 4 mentions

“If you choose to follow the power lines north a bit more you end up at Pelicer Creek and it's gorgeous views.”

🪧 well-marked 2 mentions

“The Conservation Area is mostly two track sandy trails that are very well marked.”

This is one of those trails that everyone kind of drives by to get to somewhere else and misses how cool of a place this actually is. This was my first time to both this trail and Princess Preserve. I started out on this side and then followed the trail into the bigger park.

★★★★★ — Paul , Nov 2020

This is the trail which is the first right turn once you are on the Princess place road. It is a very linear trail but has a few spots you can turn off into a different trail. I've personally gone on this trail multiple times.

★★★★★ — Andrew , Jul 2018

Great nature pack go walk around I saw deer in the early morning they are pet friendly and have Aton of nature trails and walks

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🏞️ Scenic views 7 mentions

“If you choose to follow the power lines north a bit more you end up at Pelicer Creek and it's gorgeous views.”
