Confirmed from Percy Warner Mountain Bike Trail's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Park featuring trails for hiking and biking, plus a golf course and a parking lot.
What runners say about Percy Warner Mountain Bike Trail
“Well maintained trails with a good verity of trails for various ability levels.”
“I went to 2 other places and once you get on the trails they are well marked, very well marked, but signs to get you TO the trail are limited.”
THIS IS NOT A HIKING TRAIL. There are separate trails in Percy Warner for hiking and for biking to keep both pedestrians and bicyclists safe. DO NOT hike on the bike trail. Not only is it not allowed per the rules of the park, you can get injured or severely injured a bicyclist. Walk on the walking trails available.
Great trails! They have trails ranging from easy all the way up to black diamond trails with rock drop offs and jumps. It’s truly a great trail system the only down fall to it is that the trails get used so much that it’s like riding on concrete instead of dirt but it’s a great place it gets a little crowded in the…
Very fun trails, good mix of tech and flow. Can be very muddy after any rain storm. (Learned this the hard way lol) Great for XC and Enduro. They don't offer a wash station for aforementioned mud. They should. Also could add a few more berms. Too many flat turns. Very techy... Still a great time. Even saw a few deer :)
Insanely fun trails ranging from green circle to black diamond. NOT A HIKING TRAIL, I've almost hit many a hiker on these BIKE trails, other than that great free trails for all skill levels with many fun features.
