Confirmed from Perkins Road Community Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Great park with tons of activities and great walking paths. They have everything you need for skating or extreme biking. They also have a rockwall and a stocked fishing pond. Further down they have a great river walk and a nice outdoor work out area.

Obsessed with this park. You can hike, walk, run. They have everything. The kids playground is fun for the kiddos. We always have a good time every time we go.

This is a great park for kids (and adults). The skatepark, dirt bike trails, sports fields, and playground make this place an adventure all can enjoy. There are picnic tables to sit and enjoy crawfish and small pavilions to have a bday party or just chill in the shade. The rock wall is unfortunately rarely (never?

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.

🚻 Restrooms 5 mentions

“There is a small playground near the stadium where we stop for restroom breaks and for the kiddo to play for a while.”
