Confirmed from Pinnacle Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

What runners say about Pinnacle Park

Pulled from public reviews of this trail (69 of them) — the things people bring up again and again, in their own words. Nothing here is written by us.

🏞️ beautiful scenery 5 mentions

“There is a spot slightly uphill to the right for photographing the town of Hooksett, particularly the picturesque small-town side, north of the business area.”

Really cool hike, lots of rocks 2 climb on & an easy path or u can take the hard 1, gorgeous view from the top

★★★★★ — Kai , Aug 2021

Plentiful parking, good maps, but watch out for the change of coloring in the trail markers on the trees. There are lots of paths to take depending on your ability level. I like the steep path along the back of the park, alongside the river.

★★★★★ — Kaitlin , Apr 2023

A great short hike! You can easily wind around the trails to get to the summit or to can challenge yourself with some steep rocky trails. The effort is rewarded with some great views. Take a picnic or just R&R.

★★★★★ — Dale , Sep 2021

An awesome place hidden by family neighborhoods. Excellent short hikes with amazing views. If you make it to Indian Seat, you will be in awe.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
