Confirmed from Poplar Lane Trailhead's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.

Small park in the middle of the Spanish Fork River trail. Has a few benches and picnic tables. Also has bathrooms. The park has an access ramp to the river, so you can put in here and float all the way to the far side of the Spanish Fork sports park. We floated it in kayaks and paddleboards in late June.

Beautiful trail. Well managed and clean. Beautiful views of the river and farms.

★★★★★ — Angela , May 2022

Spanish Fork does an outstanding job with their parks & trails ❤️ Love running here in both directions: reach the Sports park with more restrooms, or Oaks golf course and continue across the street to dripping rock trail. Helpful restroom stop.

★★★★★ — Kat , Jul 2023

Great biking, running, jogging, skateboarding, trail for all ages. When the river is clear the kiddos can swim in some of the deeper holes. There are lots of trees for shade and quite a few places to get on the trail. Weather you start at the golf course or down at the sports park.

Trail conditions & character

What this trail is actually like underfoot and overhead, taken from its own listing and from reviews. Each one links to every other trail with the same character. Busy or quiet is reported as a plain fact, not a plus or a minus — a runner heading out alone at dawn often wants company on the path, and someone running intervals wants an empty one.
