Confirmed from Portage Imagination Glen Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
276-acre park featuring athletic fields, 2 playgrounds, a nature preserve, BMX track & picnic area.
What runners say about Portage Imagination Glen Park
“However, beware of the wasps at the playground, other than that, clean and friendly.”
“However the trails are great and challenging for a hike with hills and beautiful scenery with woods, creek, swamps and green areas.”
Beautiful. We did 4 miles using both trails and could have done more but ran out of time so we will be back. The Outback tail follows the river and is so beautful, with plenty of side trails to the water. You feel like your way out in the woods and not in town or at a park. Some ups and downs but nothing strenuous.
This place is awesome. A paved path with trails going off to different places. A definite goto.
This is one of my favorite complexes my son’s team has played so far! The soccer fields are nice with plenty of space for spectators to spread out. The playground is an awesome bonus and was great entertainment for younger siblings who get bored watching soccer all day. All the grassy space to run/walk was awesome!
One of my favorite places to walk my dog or even take a ride on the bike. Awesome and fun trails to explore. Appreciating all of the beauty each season has to offer. Love having access to so much nature. It's a beautiful park and hope to have many more memories here.
