Confirmed from ProHealth Care Park's own listing, the park or land manager's website, and runner reviews. Blank cells mean we could not verify that fact — we would rather say "not reported" than invent one. There is no Easy / Moderate / Hard rating on this page on purpose: a one-word difficulty score tells you nothing about whether a trail suits your run. Surface, distance, shade and hours do.
Laid-back locale for picnics, baseball and basketball courts, plus a playground and a picnic pavilion.
What runners say about ProHealth Care Park
“There is a picnic pavilion that is clean and well kept along with bathrooms (thoug they seem to be on timmed locks and I haven't figured out the schedule).”
Beautiful park. Trails, kids, playground, dogs, pokemongo stops, legendaries, fishing, bird watching.
Fun little park for the kids to play in there's a tree that's pretty easy for the older kids to climb makes a great photo. Safe place to play, they had electrical outlets to charge your phone a nice shaded area bathrooms and water fountains.
Nice little playground with a small hiking trail around it. We really enjoyed the reading trail that NB Library contributed to.
This is a great little park. Slides and monkey bars plus lots of things for kids to climb. Soft padding on the ground. There is a picnic pavilion that is clean and well kept along with bathrooms (thoug they seem to be on timmed locks and I haven't figured out the schedule).

The practical stuff
- AccessDawn to dusk — the gates close, so do not plan a run that finishes after dark
- SurfacePaved — asphalt or concrete. Fast and predictable, runnable year-round, and fine with a stroller
- DistanceNot reported. Trail systems often quote total path mileage rather than a single loop, so measure the route you actually want before you drive out.
- ShadeNot reported. Assume some of it is exposed and carry water in summer.
- At the trailheadparking, restrooms, water — reported by runners
- Stroller / wheelchairReported as smooth and step-free enough for a running stroller or a chair.
